Here at KeepFit we do offer returns, refunds and exchanges.  If you order the incorrect size, just contact us with your order number and we will be happy to help.  Here is some general return info:  You have a 30 day window to return for refund or exchange your items.  The 30 days starts when the product is marked as "delivered" via the shipping service tracking information.  After the 30 day window has closed we will not be able to process a refund, return or exchange.  If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

 All of our products are backed by a 1 year full warranty.  If your ring breaks or tears please contact us and we will replace it with the same size and color if available.

 Our current processing time per order is approximately 1-2 business days for in-stock inventory.  Please note this excludes Saturdays, Sundays and all Federal Holidays. During this time your order will be safely processed, packaged and prepared for shipment at our warehouses as quickly as possible.
